$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install hyphen-hr 

hyphen-hr is installed in your system.

Make ensure the hyphen-hr package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hyphen-hr *

You will get with hyphen-hr package name, version, architecture and description in a table

hyphen-hr package basic information:
